One of the questions I hear more frequently these days is, what are the top home based business opportunities? Another similar question is which one to pursue. Mlm and home based businesses have been around since post WWII and began naturally as door to door salesmen.
These companies have all been moved to the online business markeing world with the advent of the internet and people migrating to search engines. The following list is the top home based business opportunites based on data collected at MLM Company Rankings.
1. Avon - is the most recognized home based business and it is no wonder they hold this top distinguished position. Do you remember hearing this? Ding, dong, Avon calling. This company is one of the most profitable and long lasting of the top home based business opportunities.
2. Pampered Chef - is the most popular of the "party" home based business opportunities. The products can be purchased online but the majority of the sales still come from the in home, sponsored party model.
3.Mary Kay Cosmetics - is another of the party home based business opportunities. They also employ the sponsored party model which has dropped in popularity, but is still a viable marketing plan. What's happening to the baby boomers now? They're retiring - and what do they want to do in retirement? Travel! Biggest industry in the world, valued at $8 trilion. I think the health and nutrition companies are going to get a bit of a shock in the coming years :-)
